Buonasera le scrivo perche questa notte verso le 1,30 gli ospiti hanno cercato di aprire la porta dove c’è scritto ‘privato’ con una chiave e hanno tentato di aprire più volte la maniglia con insistenza : le mie figlie stavano dormendo e si sono spaventate dal rumore e mio marito ha gridato per farli smettere ( non sapevamo che ci fossero prenotazioni per questo weekend perché non risultava dal sito) . Inoltre c’era un forte odore di fumo in casa nostra che proveniva dall’appartamento affittato dove per contratto e’ vietato fumare.

Danke, dass alles so schnell funktioniert hat. Leider sind wir mit der Sauberkeit der Wohnung nicht ganz zufrieden (teilweise tote Würmer und Spinnweben).
Wir haben auch nur 4 Poolhandtücher und leider kein Gefrierfach!
Können wir evtl. das Gefrierfach einer der anderen Wohnungen nutzen - falls diese eines haben und nicht vermietet sind?
